The salty-sweet sea breeze caressed her freckled cheeks as Gwynnedolin sat up in the tall cotton grass that grew off the cliffsides of Swiftperch. Her skin was fair and freckled with parts along her collarbones contoured with the redness of sunburn. The gladiator sat quietly, holding her father's music locket close to her chest as her eyes scanned the horizon.Though she was sitting, anyone viewing her could tell she was muscular in frame, but not bulky in any capacity. If one observed her close enough, however, they could tell she was a seasoned warrior, with slightly aged scars racing up her rugged arms. Like her father, Gwynne had raven black hair and eyes that were a deep blue with a hint of red. Her demeanor was quiet and calm, but with a delicateness and warmth to her presence. The young hyrur radiated beauty, but those close to her would come to learn that there was much more to her than that.

⸸ Choppy Beginnings: The young Midlander grew up outside of Limsa Lominsa with her father. Before his presumed death, Gwynne's father was in and out of her life due to being a high ranking naval captain. She often stayed with others in Swiftperch while her father was away, but then lived on the streets of Limsa as an orphan after her father's presumed death. The gladiator moved back to Swiftperch recently.
⸸ Sea Legs: Gwynnedolin is a Naval Captain in La Noscea for the Maelstrom. Her ship, The Heart of the Sea, is a large-scale ship with about 40 people on board as crew. The ship often goes out to sea during the summer and fall, usually returning by late winter or early spring. She does her best to spend as little time as possible on land.
⸸ Non-Traditional Upbringing: Gwynnedolin has an older sister and a half-sister. She has a very unique relationship to her older sister. While she loves her sister very much, their differences in their virtues due to growing up vastly differently often cause them to go head to head. Her half sister, Astellia, is also a high ranked officer in the Maelstrom. Due to being constantly called away to sea, the two never interact.
